The invention discloses a steel box girder segment self-floating transportation system which is used for transporting sealed steel box girder segments on a ramp and a channel, the direction from the ramp to the channel is a first direction, the junction of the ramp and the channel is a water entry position, and the steel box girder segment self-floating transportation system comprises a pushing mechanism, a power boat and a clamping structure; the pushing mechanism comprises a pushing part which is movably arranged in the first direction and is used for pushing the steel box girder sections on the ramp into water; the power boat is used for being detachably connected with a steel box girder section and conveying the steel box girder section to a target position of a channel when the pushing part pushes the steel box girder section into water; the clamping structure comprises a clamping part arranged at the tail part of the power boat, and the clamping part is movably arranged and is used for detachably connecting the power boat with the steel box girder section; the step of boarding or boarding and barging in the transportation process can be omitted, and the cost is saved; in addition, the power boat is shallow in draft, small in exposed water surface height and width, low in channel requirement, simple, convenient and easy to implement and high in practicability.
