The invention relates to the technical field of wharf structures, and particularly relates to a high-pile beam-slab wharf structure with rear supporting piles. The high-pile beam-slab wharf structure comprises a high-pile beam-slab wharf structure body and rear supporting pile structures; and one end of each rear supporting pile structure is fixed to the rear edge of the high-pile beam-slab wharf structure body, and the other end of each rear supporting pile structure is embedded or buried in a slope protection structure of a river bank foundation. By the adoption of the structural arrangement, the rear supporting pile structures are arranged at the rear edge of the high-pile beam-slab wharf structure body to form an overall stress structure used for bearing the horizontal load of the wharf structure, and the high-pile beam-slab wharf structure can be arranged in offshore seaport and river port wharfs; and the use convenience of a wharf cannot be changed through the arrangement of the rear supporting pile structures, the area of a water area or a land area occupied by the wharf cannot be changed, and the problems that a traditional high-pile beam-slab wharf is poor in horizontal bearing capacity, high in pile foundation specification and large in number are effectively solved.
