The invention discloses a stiffened composite prefabricated enlarged toe pile and a pile forming method thereof. The stiffened composite prefabricated enlarged toe pile is composed of an inner enlarged toe concrete pile and peripheral equal-diameter stiffened solidified soil piles, wherein the inner enlarged toe concrete pile is a reinforced concrete precast pile, is in an inverted T shape and is composed of a pile end with an enlarged section and a pile body with a uniform section, and the peripheral equal-diameter stiffened solidified soil piles are pile bodies which are formed by changing foundation soil in pile holes into flow-state solidified soil through a mechanical drilling machine and solidifying the flow-state solidified soil. The pile forming method comprises the steps of changing the foundation soil in the pile holes into the flow-state solidified soil through the mechanical drilling machine, and implanting the inner pile into a pile position before the flow-state solidified soil is initially set. According to the stiffened composite prefabricated enlarged toe pile, various defects of a traditional cast-in-place enlarged toe pile are overcome, and the stiffened composite prefabricated enlarged toe pile is suitable for different stratums; and the method has green, environment-friendly, safe and reliable social benefits, can reduce the construction cost of the enlarged toe pile and shorten the construction period and has a great economic value.
