Construction method of enlarged bulb type prefabricated pile
The present invention relates to a construction method for an enlarged bulb type prefabricate pile. The construction method for an enlarged bulb type prefabricated pile can reduce the number of piles installed by improving a support force of a front end of a pile and can reduce construction costs. According to the present invention, the construction method for an enlarged bulb type prefabricated pile includes: (S1) a step of boring an excavation hole (2) by excavating a position in which a pile is going to be installed on the ground (1) by a bit (3) having an injection hole (6) with a casing (10) or without the casing (10); a step (S2) of forming an enlarged cutting unit (4) by cutting the circumference of a front end of the excavation hole (2) by injecting high pressure air and water to the front end of the excavation hole (2) through the injection hole (6) of the bit (3); a step (S3) of forming an enlarged bulb (9) by filling the enlarged cutting unit (4) of the front end of the excavation hole (6) with cement mortar (8) through the injection hole (6) of the bit (3) and of floating foreign substances or soil which is cut, by different specific gravity; and a step (S4) of embedding a steel pile (11) or a prefabricated concrete pile (12) into the enlarged bulb (9) by lifting down the steel pile (11) or the prefabricated concrete pile (12) to the excavation hole (2) and supporting the steel pile (11) or the prefabricated concrete pile (12) on the enlarged bulb (9).
본 발명은 확장구근타입 기성재파일공법에 관한 것으로서, 지반(1)상의 파일을 설치할 위치에 케이싱(10)과 함께 또는 케이싱없이 분사공(6)이 형성된 비트(3)로 굴착하여 굴착공(2)을 천공하는 단계(S1), 상기 비트(3)의 분사공(6)을 통해 굴착공(2)의 선단부에 고압의 물과 에어를 분사하여 굴착공(2) 선단 둘레부를 절삭하여 확장절삭부(4)를 형성하는 단계(S2), 상기 비트(3)의 분사공(6)을 통해 굴착공(2) 선단의 확장절삭부(4)에 시멘트몰탈(8)을 충전하여 확장구근(9)을 형성하면서 절삭된 토사나 이물질을 비중차에 의해 부상시키는 단계(S3), 굴착공(2)에 강관파일(11) 또는 콘크리트기성재파일(12)을 하강하여 상기 확장구근(9)에 매입하여 확장구근(9)에 지지시키는 단계(S4)를 포함한다.

The present invention relates to a construction method for an enlarged bulb type prefabricate pile.
