The invention discloses a construction method for reducing sinking of steel sheet piles with piles and improving overall stability of a foundation pit. The method comprises the steps that a rope screwing connecting part is arranged at the set position of the top of each steel sheet pile to be constructed; a prefabricated gravity type anchor system is arranged at the safe position outside the construction range of the steel sheet piles; and the steel sheet piles are constructed in sequence, when each steel sheet pile is driven to the preset elevation, the rope screwing connecting part on the steel sheet pile is connected through a steel wire rope, and the other end of the steel wire rope is fixed to the prefabricated gravity type anchor system. The construction method is applied to protection of a retaining wall, a bridge building cofferdam, a foundation municipal engineering wading section and the like, and has the beneficial effects that operation is easy, the effect is obvious, the construction period is shortened, the engineering cost is reduced, safety and feasibility are achieved, and the quality is guaranteed; and deformation of the steel sheet piles in the steel sheet pile construction process can be greatly reduced, disturbance of a cofferdam soil body is reduced, the integrity and stability of the steel sheet piles are improved, the foundation pit construction safety is guaranteed, and the piling time is shortened.
