The invention provides an optical-based nondestructive testing device for a bridge pile foundation. The optical-based nondestructive testing device comprises a test counter-force device, an embedded strain sensing device, a jack, an optical signal conversion module, a pile foundation axial strain sensing module, an optical switch module, a field detection end control module and a remote monitoring management control module, wherein the jack is connected with the embedded strain sensing device and the test counter-force device; the field detection end control module is used for calculating internal force generated by axial average strain variation at the depth z of the pile foundation in real time, judging whether the internal force reaches a threshold value or not, and sending an instruction to the optical switch module if the internal force reaches the threshold value; and the field detection end control module is also used for calculating peak reflectivity wavelength and reflected light peak wavelength variation values caused by strain and temperature variation of the bridge pile foundation, and sending the peak reflectivity wavelength and reflected light peak wavelength variation values to the remote monitoring management control module for later supervision and real-time supervision. According to the optical-based nondestructive testing device for the bridge pile foundation, provided by the invention, local strain measurement and local damage detection can be realized by adopting an optical detection means.
