The invention relates to the technical field of pile foundation detection, in particular to a pile foundation nondestructive testing device and method.The pile foundation nondestructive testing device comprises two mounting plates, the mounting plates can float on the water surface and are used for being detachably connected with a working platform, a receding space is reserved between the mounting plates and used for allowing a pile foundation to penetrate through, and lifting assemblies are arranged on the mounting plates; a lifting assembly is arranged on the lower side of the mounting plate, a detection assembly is arranged at the lifting assembly, and the lifting assembly is used for pulling or lowering the detection assembly; the detection assembly comprises two semi-cylindrical clamping plates, the semi-cylindrical clamping plates can form a detection cavity corresponding to the shape of the pile foundation, a detection probe is arranged on the side, facing the detection cavity, of each semi-cylindrical clamping plate, and the detection probes are used for detecting damage of the pile foundation. The pile foundation is clamped by the semi-cylindrical clamping plate, the detection cavity is formed, the semi-cylindrical clamping plate moves along the pile foundation, the detection probe in the detection cavity continuously moves in the closed cavity and detects the damage conditions of all positions of the pile foundation, and therefore the detection precision and efficiency are improved.
