The roof reconstruction structure comprises an isolation layer arranged on a to-be-reconstructed old house roof and a plurality of water storage and drainage plates arranged at the top end of the isolation layer, a plurality of supporting structures are arranged in the isolation layer, the bottom ends of the supporting structures are arranged on the to-be-reconstructed old house roof, the top ends of the supporting structures are connected with the water storage and drainage plates, the water storage and drainage plates are arranged at inclination angles relative to the horizontal line, gutters are arranged between the water storage and drainage plates, and drainage structures are arranged at the bottom ends of the gutters and connected with a drainage main pipe of a building. Through the structural arrangement of the roof reconstruction structure, heat preservation and waterproof reconstruction of the to-be-reconstructed old house roof are achieved; meanwhile, the roof reconstruction structure has the characteristics of not damaging an original roof structure and being light, and therefore the original roof structure is protected to the maximum extent.
