The method comprises the steps: S10, marking a plurality of first datum lines on the prefabricated cover beam; S20, marking a plurality of corresponding second datum lines at the top ends of the installed prefabricated stand columns; S30, placing at least three adjusting cushion blocks at the top ends of the installed prefabricated stand columns; S40, splicing the prefabricated cover beam to the top ends of the installed prefabricated stand columns; and adjusting the position of the prefabricated cover beam, so that the first datum line is aligned with the second datum line; S50, installing a bedding protection device at the top end of the installed prefabricated stand column, and bedding is conducted; and S60, performing grouting on the prefabricated cover beam through a grouting device, and then performing grouting. The invention solves the technical problem that the positioning precision is difficult to control in the splicing process, and achieves the technical effect of precise positioning.
