Splicing adjustment method for prefabricated bent cap and prefabricated stand column
The invention provides a splicing adjustment method for a prefabricated bent cap and a prefabricated stand column. The method comprises the steps of marking a first datum line at the corresponding position of a prefabricated bent cap; marking second datum lines on the four surfaces of the installed prefabricated stand column; adjusting the perpendicularity and spacing of the reserved steel bars ofthe installed prefabricated stand column; placing at least three adjusting cushion blocks at the top end of the installed prefabricated stand column, and leveling the at least three adjusting cushionblocks; moving the prefabricated bent cap to the position above the installed prefabricated stand column, and inserting all of the reserved steel bars of the prefabricated stand column into the embedded sleeves of the prefabricated bent cap; and aligning a positioner with the second reference line, adjusting the position of the prefabricated bent cap, and aligning the first reference line with the positioner so as to align the first reference line with the second reference line. The technical problem that leveling and aligning of the prefabricated bent cap and the installed prefabricated stand column are difficult is solved.
