The invention discloses a simple and quick mounting and positioning method for a first section of a prefabricated pipe gallery. The simple and quick mounting and positioning method comprises the following steps of (1) precisely positioning and mounting the first section on a cushion layer; (2) coaxially mounting a fixed section in front of the first section, and forming a gap between the fixed section and the first section; (3) tensioning and connecting the fixed section and the first section through prefabricated pipe gallery tensioning holes by adopting four threaded ribs; (4) tensioning the threaded ribs through a jack; and (5) pouring a reinforcing layer between the first section and the cushion layer after tensioning is completed, and tensioning and connecting a second section, a third section and a fourth section to the end, away from the fixed section, of the first section in sequence through the threaded ribs after the strength of the reinforcing layer reaches 90% or above. According to the simple and quick mounting and positioning method, the problems that in the prestressed tendon tensioning process, the positioning of the first section can be influenced by subsequent prefabricated pipe gallery sections, and then the axis and plane position precision of the subsequent pipe gallery sections and the waterproof effect of the bell and spigot positions are influenced in the prior art are solved.
