The invention discloses a quick-setting self-healing cement-based capillary crystalline material for tunnel leakage stoppage. The quick-setting self-healing cement-based capillary crystalline material is prepared from, by weight, 35-50% of Portland cement; 25-35% of quartz sand; 2.5-7.5% of quick-setting and quick-hardening cement; 1-5% of talcum powder; 2.5-7.5% of heavy calcium carbonate; 3-5% of active master batch; and 10-15% of an alkaline penetrant. The sum of the percentages of the raw materials is 100%. The bonding force and the impermeability are improved.
