The invention provides a modular construction method for a porous large-span frame-structure bridge to pass through an existing railway underneath. The modular construction method comprises the following steps that the frame-structure bridge is modularly decomposed into a plurality of frame-structure bridge sections; each frame-structure bridge section is prefabricated; a D-shaped auxiliary beam is adopted to reinforce the line; and a combined synchronous jack is adopted to conduct jacking construction on all the frame structure bridge sections. Modular construction is achieved, construction quality is improved, procedures are simplified, the construction period is shortened, and construction safety is guaranteed.
