The invention discloses a leaking stoppage structure and construction method of a SMW pile wall for gravel stratums. The structure comprises an SMW pile and grouting steel pipes; the SMW pile is composed of multiple pieces of parallel H-shaped steel and a cement soil mixing pile; and the two grouting steel pipes are welded to the flanges of the H-shaped steel in the length direction of the H-shaped steel, so that double-pipe synchronous grouting is achieved. The method comprises the steps that a plurality of grout overflow holes are formed in the lower middle portions of the grouting steel pipes in advance, the two grouting steel pipes are welded to the flanges of the H-shaped steel, the H-shaped steel with the grouting steel pipes is inserted into the cement soil mixing pile along positioning clamps, double-pipe double-liquid synchronous grouting is conducted, and the H-shaped steel and the grouting steel pipes are pulled out when the strength of a pile body reaches the design strength. According to the method, the two grouting steel pipes are used for injecting water glass and cement grout respectively to conduct anti-seepage and leaking stoppage on the SMW pile, cracks in the SMW pile and holes between the gravel stratums can be rapidly filled, and the water stopping effect of the SMW pile wall is enhanced.
