Before leaking stoppage, a pouring opening is excavated in the soil between the two piles at the position of a leaking point; holes are formed in the inner side wall of the pouring opening, and protection ribs are implanted; a steel mesh is woven and placed in the pouring opening; a protection plate is arranged between the steel mesh and the protection ribs; plugging liquid is poured into the pouring opening, and standing is conducted till the plugging liquid is solidified; and the protection ribs and the protection plates are removed, and dry-mixed concrete is sprayed on the surface of the solidified plugging liquid. The method has the effect of reducing the cost for leaking stoppage of the leak.
