Internal combined frame-shear wall mixed structure system and construction method thereof
The invention discloses an inner combined frame-shear wall mixed structure system and a construction method thereof. The structure system involves concrete shear walls, connecting beams, steel pipe concrete columns, steel beams I and floor slabs, wherein the several concrete shear walls are arranged at intervals in an enclosure mode, the concrete shear walls are connected through the connecting beams, the several layers of concrete shear walls are piled upwards to form a concrete outer wall, an inner combined frame is formed by connecting the several steel pipe concrete columns and steel beams I and is arranged in the concrete outer wall, and multiple layers of floor slabs are arranged in the concrete outer wall. The system gives full play to respective characteristics of a concrete structure and a steel structure, not only retains the advantages of convenient connection and rapid installation of the steel structure, but also has the advantages of good use performance, good comfort and high market acceptance of a cast-in-place structure; and meanwhile, compared with the prior art, the structural system is clearer in structural stress, higher in standardization degree, more advantageous in cost and more suitable for an industrial construction mode.
本发明公开了内组合框架‑剪力墙混合结构体系及其施工方法,该结构体系包括混凝土剪力墙、连梁、钢管混凝土柱、钢梁Ⅰ和楼板。若干混凝土剪力墙间隔且围合布置,混凝土剪力墙之间通过连梁连接,若干层混凝土剪力墙向上堆砌形成混凝土外墙,若干钢管混凝土柱和钢梁Ⅰ连接形成内组合框架并安装到混凝土外墙内,并在混凝土外墙内设置多层楼板。本发明所述体系充分发挥了混凝土结构和钢结构各自特点,既保留钢结构便于连接、快速安装的优势,又拥有现浇结构使用性能佳、舒适性好及市场接受度高的优势;同时相比之下,该结构体系结构受力更加明确,标准化程度更高、成本更具有优势,更加适合工业化的建造方式。
