The invention relates to a post-earthquake recoverable steel plate shear wall-wood frame mixed structure and a construction method thereof. The structure comprises a steel plate shear wall, a laminated wood frame, a wood floor slab, a self-resetting shear damper, a shear connector, a post-tensioned unbonded prestressed tendon and an anchorage device, the self-resetting shear damper and the shear connector are used for connecting the steel plate shear wall and the wood floor slab, and the post-tensioned unbonded prestressed tendon is used for the steel plate shear wall. Compared with the prior art, the steel plate shear wall and the laminated wood frame structure system are combined, the anti-seismic problem of high-rise development of a wood structure system is solved through lateral resistance of the steel plate shear wall, and further environmental protection and sustainable development of a building structure are achieved through combination of wood and steel. In addition, a large number of prefabricated parts are adopted, and the wood structure is easy to assemble and construct, so that the overall construction speed of the structure is greatly increased.
本发明涉及一种震后可恢复钢板剪力墙‑木框架混合结构及其施工方法。该结构包括钢板剪力墙、胶合木框架、木楼板、自复位剪切阻尼器、抗剪连接件、后张无粘结预应力筋以及锚具,其中,自复位剪切阻尼器和抗剪连接件用于连接钢板剪力墙和木楼板,后张无粘结预应力筋用于钢板剪力墙。与现有技术相比,本发明将钢板剪力墙与胶合木框架结构体系结合起来,既通过钢板剪力墙的抗侧性能来帮助木结构体系解决向高层发展的抗震难题,又通过将木材与钢材的结合以达到建筑结构进一步的环保性与可持续发展性,另外通过采用大量的预制构件,加上木结构本身的易于装配化施工,使得结构整体的施工速度大大提高。
