Cooling tower
The invention provides a cooling tower. The cooling tower comprises a plurality of truss frames which are arranged in a closed manner and spliced layer by layer in the height direction, and a plurality of inhaul cable structures which are arranged in the truss frames, and the two ends of each inhaul cable structure are connected with the corresponding truss frames in a tensioning mode. Through the arrangement, on one hand, the truss frames which are rigidly arranged can be used as a main stress structure to support the whole tower body, and the inhaul cable structures which are flexibly arranged are used as an auxiliary stress structure, so that the lateral load bearing capacity of the tower body can be improved, and the stability of the tower body is improved; and on the other hand, the inhaul cable structures are combined with the truss frames, on the premise that the stability of the tower body is guaranteed, the arrangement number of rigid rod pieces is reduced, then the number of steel structure components in the steel structure cooling tower is reduced, the prefabrication time, the installation duration and the construction period of all parts in a factory are shortened, and the engineering cost is effectively reduced.
本发明提供的冷却塔,包括:若干桁架框,呈封闭设置,并沿高度方向逐层拼接;若干拉索结构,设置在桁架框内,其两端与所述桁架框张紧连接。这样设置,一方面,可以将呈刚性设置的桁架框作为主受力结构,实现对整体塔身的支撑,而呈柔性设置的拉索结构作为辅助受力结构,可以增加塔身的侧向载荷的承受能力,提高了塔身的稳定性;另一方面,拉索结构结合桁架框的设置,在保证塔身稳定性的前提下,降低了刚性杆件的设置数量,进而降低了钢结构冷却塔中钢结构构件数量,缩短了各零件在工厂内的预制时间,及其安装时长和施工周期,有效降低工程成本。
