The invention relates to the field of zirconium silicate, in particular to a zirconium silicate drying process which comprises a ball mill, supporting legs, a base and a mixing assembly. The supporting legs are fixedly connected to four corners of the bottom end of the ball mill. The bottom ends of the supporting legs are jointly and fixedly connected with the base. A mixing pipe is fixedly connected to the top end of one side of the ball mill in a penetrating manner. One end, far away from the ball mill, of the mixing pipe is fixedly connected with a feeding pipe. A water inlet pipe penetrates through and is fixedly connected to one side, close to the mixing pipe, of the top end of the feeding pipe. Fixing rods are fixedly connected to the top end and the bottom end, close to one side of the feeding pipe, in the mixing pipe. A first motor is mounted in a mounting chamber. The output end of the first motor is fixedly connected with a pushing rod. Stirring shovels are fixedly connected to the top end and the bottom end of one side, far away from the mounting chamber, of the pushing rod. Furthermore, the device can fully mix the zircon sand, the water and the grinding aid before entering the ball mill, so that the zircon sand grinding speed of the ball mill is increased, and the working efficiency is improved.
