The invention provides zirconium silicate ceramic and a preparation method thereof, and the preparation method comprises the following steps: mixing water, a dispersant and a gelling agent, adjusting the pH value to 7-9, adding zirconium silicate powder, and carrying out ball milling to prepare ceramic slurry; curing the ceramic slurry to obtain a ceramic green body; drying the ceramic green body to obtain a dry green body; and sintering the dry blank to obtain the zirconium silicate ceramic. Through a large number of researches, a complete set of method for preparing the zirconium silicate ceramic based on the combination of gel injection molding and pressureless sintering is provided, the prepared zirconium silicate ceramic is high in density, strength and purity, and application of the zirconium silicate ceramic in national economy is promoted.
本发明提供了一种硅酸锆陶瓷及其制备方法，制备方法包括以下步骤：将水、分散剂、凝胶剂混合，调节pH至7～9并加入硅酸锆粉体进行球磨，制备陶瓷料浆；将所述陶瓷料浆进行固化，得到陶瓷坯体；将所述陶瓷坯体进行干燥，得到干坯；将所述干坯进行烧结，得到硅酸锆陶瓷。本发明通过大量研究，提供了一整套完整的基于凝胶注膜成型结合无压烧结制备硅酸锆陶瓷的方法，所制得的硅酸锆陶瓷致密度高、强度高、纯度高，有利于促进硅酸锆陶瓷在国民经济中的应用。
