Macromolecular indoor floor and preparation method thereof
The invention relates to the technical field of floors, and provides a macromolecule indoor floor which comprises a wood-plastic base material. A plurality of first cavities and second cavities penetrating through the two ends of a base body of the wood-plastic base material are formed in the base body of the wood-plastic base material, the first cavities and the second cavities are alternately arranged at intervals, the first cavities are filled with phase-change perlite granular materials, and the second cavities are filled with silencing materials; the wood-plastic base material is prepared from the following raw materials: high-density polyethylene, wood flour, calcium powder, mica powder, kaolin, brucite, polyester wax, an anti-aging agent and a modified flame retardant; an upper wear-resistant layer and an antibacterial layer are sequentially arranged on the upper surface of the wood-plastic base material, and a lower wear-resistant layer is arranged on the lower surface of the wood-plastic base material. The invention further provides a preparation method of the macromolecular indoor floor. The macromolecular indoor floor has flame-retardant, anti-aging, waterproof, antibacterial and sound-insulating properties, and people feel comfortable when walking on the floor.
