The invention belongs to the technical field of rainwater recovery treatment, and particularly relates to a garden landscape rainwater recovery treatment device which comprises a filtering mechanism, a collecting box and a water storage tank, the water storage tank is located underground of a permeable road, and a water pipe is connected to the water storage tank; a touch delay switch is installed in the upper portion of the water storage tank, a floating block is arranged in the water storage tank, and a protrusion is arranged on the floating block. A first water pump is installed on the side wall of the water storage tank and electrically connected with the touch delay switch. The water inlet end of the first water pump is connected with a water inlet pipe which communicates with the side wall of the water storage tank. The water outlet end of the first water pump is connected with a water outlet pipe which is communicated with the upper part of the filtering mechanism; and the lower surface of the filtering mechanism is connected with a drainage pipe communicated with the collecting box. According to the scheme, the floating block, the touch delay switch and other structures are arranged, when the water storage tank is about to be full of water, the first water pump can be automatically controlled to work for a period of time to achieve water pumping, and the automation degree is high; and the filtering mechanism is arranged to filter and purify the rainwater.
