The invention provides an ultra-thin wearing layer pavement self-adhesive road reflective sign belt and a construction method thereof. The construction method comprises the following steps: dispersing a polymer modified emulsified asphalt adhesive layer film on a pavement on which an ultra-thin wearing layer is to be paved; paving the ultra-thin graded modified asphalt mixture on the polymer modified emulsified asphalt adhesive layer film; rolling the ultra-thin graded modified asphalt mixture to form an ultra-thin wearing layer; and immediately marking a line on the ultrathin wearing layer, unfolding the coiled material to enable the base layer of the coiled material to be attached to the ultrathin wearing layer, and fully combining the base layer of the self-adhesive road reflective layer with the ultrathin wearing layer by utilizing the residual heat of the ultrathin wearing layer. According to the method, in the construction process of the ultra-thin wearing layer pavement, along with the paving of the road reflective sign belt, on the premise that the reflective effect is guaranteed, the pavement waste heat is ingeniously utilized, and the reflective sign belt is better combined with the pavement.
本发明提供一种超薄磨耗层路面自粘道路反光标志带及其施工方法,所述施工方法包括如下步骤:在待铺设超薄磨耗层的路面散布聚合物改性乳化沥青粘层膜;将超薄级配改性沥青混合料摊铺在所述聚合物改性乳化沥青粘层膜上;碾压所述超薄级配改性沥青混合料形成超薄磨耗层;立即在超薄磨耗层上划线,并将卷材展开使其基层与超薄磨耗层贴合,利用超薄磨耗层的余温使自粘道路反光层的基层与超薄磨耗层充分结合。该方法可在超薄磨耗层路面施工的过程中,跟随铺设道路反光标志带,在保证反光效果的前提下,巧妙利用路面余温,使反光标志带与路面更好的结合。
