The invention provides a machine core device and a quick passing door device with the same. The machine core device comprises: a frame body: a motor which is fixed on the frame body; a rotating shaft which is in driving connection with the motor; a main shaft which is in driving connection with a swing door; and a damping structure which is arranged between the rotating shaft and the main shaft and can provide friction force for the main shaft, wherein the friction force is larger than the torque of the rotating shaft, and the rotating shaft drives the main shaft to rotate through the friction force. Through the technical scheme provided by the invention, the problem that a motor is easy to damage in the prior art can be solved.
