The invention discloses a slope fixing device for a water conservancy project. The slope fixing device comprises a stable buffering mechanism and a driving mechanism, wherein the stable buffering mechanism and the driving mechanism are connected through a vertical plate; the driving mechanism comprises an air cylinder; the air cylinder is fixedly mounted on the vertical plate; a power shaft of the air cylinder penetrates through the vertical plate and is connected with a fixed block; and a sleeve is arranged at the outer side of the vertical plate. According to the slope fixing device disclosed by the invention, the air cylinder drives a push plate to move, so that two steel bars put into the sleeve are conveniently inserted into a protection slope at the same time; meanwhile, a motor is matched to drive a rotary rod to rotate, so that a transmission roller on the rotary rod drives a transmission belt to rotate; the friction force between a concave opening at the inner side of the transmission belt and the steel bars is relatively great and the steel bars can be driven to rotate, so that the steel bars rotate while being inserted, and furthermore, the utilization efficiency is enhanced while the steel bars are convenient to insert; a pressing plate abuts against the protection slope and the stability of the device is kept; and meanwhile, in an action process of the steel bars, a sliding plate slides on an inner wall of a cavity to compress a spring and the spring provides buffering to an operator.
