Once the slope of a dam body is displaced due to extrusion of flood, the transfer device transfers the displacement to a first sliding part of the first stress device, so that the first sliding part slides down in a sliding groove; in the sliding process, the first sliding part drives a bracket to extrude an elastic part, so that the effect of eliminating first stress is achieved; the inclined surface of the first sliding part extrudes a contact part, so that the contact part rotates around a rotating shaft of the contact part and moves forwards, and the contact part drives a second sliding part to slide in the sliding groove in the moving process, so that the effect of eliminating second stress is achieved; and in a similar way, the contact part which rotates and moves forwards extrudes a third sliding part, so that the third sliding part slides down in the sliding groove, and the effect of buffering third stress is achieved by extruding a buffer part.
