The construction method comprises the following steps that according to a coordinate datum point, lofting positioning and elevation guiding measurement work of the three-axis mixing pile are conducted according to a design drawing, and a mark is made; according to the mark made in the measurement positioning step and in combination with the design drawing, after the pile position center axis is determined and marked, upper filling and obstacles are excavated out of an excavation groove, and thus measurement and placement of a three-axis mixing pile hole position are conducted; in the pile machine in-place step, a mixer is moved to the three-axis mixing pile hole position measured and placed in the guide groove excavation step, the center of a drill bit of the mixer is aligned with the center of the three-axis mixing pile hole position, and a pulled rope is marked; and construction of the three-axis mixing pile is conducted through the in-place mixer by adopting a one-hole sleeving method, and the plane arrangement form of the three-axis mixing pile is one-jump-three or two-jump-four. According to the construction method of the three-axis mixing pile, the problem that the water stop effect is poor due to uneven guniting within different design elevation ranges is solved, and the construction efficiency and the construction operation quality are improved.
