Nondestructive testing method for pile length of vibro-replacement stone pile
The invention relates to the field of testing methods for vibro-replacement stone piles of water conservancy and hydropower facilities, and particularly relates to a nondestructive testing method for the pile length of a vibro-replacement stone pile. The nondestructive testing method can be used for quickly and accurately testing the pile length of the vibro-replacement stone pile and comprises the following steps of: a, before the construction of the vibro-replacement stone pile to be tested, mixing a tracer agent into a filler at the bottom of a pile body, and gathering a mixture of the tracer agent and the filler at the bottom of the pile body to the bottom of the vibro-replacement stone pile; b, after the construction of the filler of the mixture at the bottom of the vibro-replacement stone pile is finished, finishing the construction of the vibro-replacement stone pile, namely finishing the construction of a common filler; and c, after the construction of the common filler of the whole vibro-replacement stone pile is finished, detecting the tracer agent at the bottom of the vibro-replacement stone pile by adopting a ground penetrating radar, and obtaining the pile length of the vibro-replacement stone pile. According to the method, a reflected wave signal at the bottom of a lower pile of the vibro-replacement stone pile is clear and obvious, and the pile length of the vibro-replacement stone pile can be effectively determined; meanwhile, the operation and the implementation are simple and convenient, and the on-site construction progress is not influenced; and the method is low in cost and can be widely applied to engineering practice.
