Nondestructive testing method for pile diameter of vibro-replacement stone pile
The invention relates to the field of testing methods for vibro-replacement stone piles in water conservancy and hydropower, and particularly relates to a nondestructive testing method for the pile diameter of a vibro-replacement stone pile. The nondestructive testing method can complete testing of the pile diameter of the vibro-replacement stone pile without excavation testing of the vibro-replacement stone pile. The nondestructive testing method comprises the following steps that a, before filling of the vibro-replacement stone pile to be tested is constructed, a tracer agent is mixed into pile body mixed filling, and a mixture is formed; b, filling construction is alternately conducted between the mixture and pile body common filling, and at least two mixture filling layers formed by the mixture of the tracer agent and the pile body mixed filling are finally formed; and c, after filling construction of the whole vibro-replacement stone pile is completed, the tracer agent in the at least two mixture filling layers in the vibro-replacement stone pile is detected through a ground penetrating radar, and after reflection waves of the tracer agent in the mixture filling layers are obtained, the pile diameter of the vibro-replacement stone pile is finally obtained. The nondestructive testing method is particularly suitable for quality testing of the vibro-replacement stone pile.
本发明涉及水利水电振冲碎石桩检测方法领域,尤其是一种避免振冲碎石桩的开挖检测即可完成振冲碎石桩桩径检测的振冲碎石桩桩径的无损检测方法,包括如下步骤:a、在待检测的振冲碎石桩施工填料之前,将示踪剂混入桩体混合填料中并形成混合物;b、所述混合物与桩体普通填料之间交替进行施工填料,并最终形成至少两层由示踪剂和桩体混合填料的混合物所形成的混合物填料层;c、待整根振冲碎石桩施工填料完成后,采用探地雷达对振冲碎石桩中的至少两层混合物填料层中的示踪剂进行探测,获取混合物填料层中的示踪剂反射波后,最终得到振冲碎石桩的桩径。本发明尤其适用于振冲碎石桩质量检测之中。
