Underwater desilting robot
The invention relates to an underwater desilting robot. The underwater desilting robot at least comprises a platform frame, a desilting mechanism, a control unit and a vision and detection unit, and is characterized in that the robot further comprises a drum-type chassis which serves as a traveling mechanism of the robot; the drum-type chassis consists of two hollow and sealed spiral drums, a driving device and a chassis frame; the two spiral drums are supported below the chassis frame, and the driving device is arranged above the chassis frame; and the two spiral drums are symmetrically arranged, spiral fan blades are arranged on the spiral drums, and the spiral fan blades are symmetrically arranged, so that the robot can conduct actions such as turning and transverse movement. According to the underwater desilting robot, the drum-type chassis is adopted to replace a traditional crawler-type traveling mechanism, the weight is greatly reduced, movement is convenient, turning and transverse movement can be easily carried out in a small range, and more maneuverability and flexibility are achieved.
本发明是一种水下清淤机器人,至少包括平台框架、清淤机构、控制单元和视觉及探测单元,其特征在于所述机器人还包括滚筒式底盘,所述滚筒式底盘作为机器人的行走机构,其中:滚筒式底盘由两个中空且密封的螺旋滚筒、驱动装置以及底盘框架组成;所述底盘框架下方支撑有两个螺旋滚筒,所述驱动装置设置在底盘框架上方;所述两个螺旋滚筒对称设置,螺旋滚筒上设置有螺旋扇叶,且所述螺旋扇叶呈对称设置,使本发明能够进行转弯、横向移动等动作。本发明采用滚筒式底盘替代传统的履带式行走机构,不仅重量大大减轻,而且行动方便,能够轻松地在小范围内进行转弯、横向移动,更加机动、灵活。
