The invention relates to a laminated plate splicing and reinforcing device and a method thereof. The laminated plate splicing and reinforcing device comprises a connecting main body, wherein the connecting main body is arranged below laminated plates; the connecting main body is provided with a fixed end and a movable end; the fixed end is used for being fixed on one side of a first laminated plate; the movable end is connected with one side of a second laminated plate; the side walls of the first laminated plate and the second laminated plate are propped against each other to form a laminated plate plane; and the connecting main body stretches out and draws back in the direction perpendicular to the central axes of the laminated plates, so that the distance between the second laminated plate and the first laminated plate is gradually reduced until the distance disappears.
