The invention relates to the field of building construction, in particular to a formwork splicing and reinforcing device and a using method thereof.The formwork splicing and reinforcing device comprises an electromagnetic device which is arranged on the ground and used for providing space for formwork installation and comprises a power supply board and an electromagnetic adsorption assembly; the supporting and pulling rod is connected with the top of the electromagnetic adsorption assembly, and the supporting and pulling rod is used for supporting a formwork to be installed; and the formwork system is arranged on the supporting and pulling rods and used for splicing and reinforcing the formworks. According to the method, manpower needed to be invested in a formwork field splicing and reinforcing construction mode can be reduced, and then the operation efficiency of formwork installation is improved.
