The invention provides an anti-floating reinforcing device and a formwork anti-floating reinforcing framework. The formwork anti-floating reinforcing framework is arranged on the surface of a floor slab and comprises a formwork and the anti-floating reinforcing device, wherein the anti-floating reinforcing device comprises a fixed part, an abutting part and a movable part; the fixed part is provided with a support part; the abutting part is abutted with the support part and is provided with a free end and an abutting end, and the free end and the abutting end are respectively located on both sides of the support part; and the movable part is movably connected with the free end and can move relative to the free end so as to drive the free end to move in the first direction relative to the support part, so that the abutting end can move in the direction opposite to the first direction. According to the formwork anti-floating reinforcing frame, the movable part of the anti-floating reinforcing device moves, so that the free end is far away from the floor slab, and the abutting end of the abutting part is close to the floor slab under the support of the support part, and the formwork is fastened to the floor slab; and the formwork anti-floating reinforcing frame has the advantages of the simple and reliable structure, convenience in installation and removal, low manufacturing and processing cost and high repeated utilization rate.
