The invention provides a reinforcing structure. The reinforcing structure comprises two fixing pieces arranged at an interval and two abutting pieces arranged at an interval, each fixing piece is provided with a center line, and the center lines of the two fixing pieces are parallel to each other; one end of each abutting piece is fixed between the two fixing pieces, each abutting piece is provided with a center line, and the center lines of the two abutting pieces are parallel to each other and are perpendicular to the center line of each fixing piece. The invention further relates to a formwork frame. The formwork frame comprises a first formwork, a second formwork, a third formwork, a fourth formwork, a fifth formwork and the reinforcing structure which are connected in sequence. A concave cavity is formed by enclosing the second formwork, the third formwork and the fourth formwork; each fixing piece comprises a first fixing part, a connecting part and a second fixing part, and the first fixing parts and the second fixing parts are arranged at the two opposite ends of the connecting parts; and the first fixing parts are fixed to the first formwork, the second fixing parts are fixed to the fifth formwork, and the two abutting pieces extend into the cavity and abut against the third formwork.
