The invention discloses a micro-expansion grouting binding material for tunnel grouting with a mold. The micro-expansion grouting binding material mainly solves the problems that existing grouting binding is large in bleeding amount and poor in binding performance. The grouting binder comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 6750 to 7650 parts of Portland cement, 4250 to 4700 parts of aggregate sand, 350 to 620 parts of fly ash, 420 to 730 parts of mineral powder, 320 to 540 parts of silica fume, 1 to 3 parts of sodium sulfate, 5 to 8 parts of hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose ether, 30 to 35 parts of an expanding agent and 5 to 10 parts of a naphthalene water reducer. The micro-expansion grouting binding material has the advantages of good grouting binding stability, low layering rate, low bleeding rate, good fluidity during grouting, high compressive strength, slight expansion, good binding force with concrete and reinforcing steel bars, and time and labor saving, and can be used after being added with water and stirred on site; the material can be packaged through a paper-plastic bag and is convenient to load, unload and transport; and therefore, the material is suitable for popularization.
本发明公开了一种用于隧道带模注浆的微膨胀注浆结合料,主要解决现有注浆结合泌水量大,结合性不好的问题。该注浆结合料包括以下重量份数的原料:硅酸盐水泥6750‑7650份,骨料砂4250‑4700份,粉煤灰350‑620份,矿粉420‑730份,微硅粉320‑540份,硫酸钠1‑3份,羟丙基甲基纤维素醚5‑8份,膨胀剂30‑35份,萘系减水剂5‑10份。本发明的注浆结合料稳定性好,分层率低、泌水率低,注浆时流动性好,抗压强度高,产品微膨胀与混凝土和钢筋结合力好,现场加水搅拌即用,省时、省力。且材料可通过纸塑袋包装,便于装卸运输。因此,适宜推广应用。
