The invention discloses a preparation method of an ultrathin art porcelain plate, and belongs to the technical field of ceramic; the ultrathin art porcelain plate comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 1-5 parts of calcined aluminum oxide, 1-5 parts of porcelain powder and 2-3 parts of a reinforcing agent. The ultrathin art porcelain plate is prepared by the steps of pug preparation, mold manufacturing, grouting, pug blank preparation, biscuit firing, glaze pouring, glaze firing, primary firing and the like. When the ultrathin art porcelain plate is prepared, two modes are adopted for grouting, one mode is high-frequency vibration which can enable pug to be evenly distributed in a mold cavity, and the other mode is that after the pug is injected into the mold cavity, redundant slurry higher than the mold cavity is collected or removed in a pushing mode, a reinforcing agent with starch as a matrix is added during preparation, the hardness of the porcelain plate can be effectively increased, the problems that the porcelain plate is too thick to deform and pollute the environment are effectively solved, the labor intensity is greatly reduced, the drying time of a blank body is shortened, and the production efficiency is improved.
本发明公开了一种超薄艺术瓷板的制备方法,属于陶瓷技术领域,该超薄艺术瓷板包括如下重量份原料:煅烧三氧化二铝1‑5份、瓷粉1‑5份以及增强剂2‑3份,由配置泥料、制作模具、注浆、制备泥坯、素烧、淋釉、釉烧、本烧等步骤制备而成,本发明在制备超薄艺术瓷板时采用两种方式进行注浆,一种为高频振动,可以使泥料均匀分布于模腔中,另一种为将泥料注入模腔后,采用推去式收取或去除高于模腔的多余浆料,且在制备时添加了一种以淀粉为基体的增强剂,可以有效增加瓷板的硬度,有效解决了瓷板过厚变形,污染环境的问题,且大大降低了劳动强度,缩短了胚体的干燥时间,提高了生产效率。
