The invention discloses a construction method of an assembled integral hollow slab bridge, which comprises the following steps: prefabricating a hollow slab main body according to design requirements, transporting the processed assembled hollow slab main body to a bridge construction site, hoisting in place, and transversely tensioning and stabilizing; integrating and fixing the bottoms of the multiple hollow slab bodies through the stabilizing assemblies, and the bottoms of gaps between the adjacent hollow slab bodies are blocked; after the hollow slab bodies are tensioned and the bottoms of the hollow slab bodies are sealed, pouring concrete into gaps between the adjacent hollow slab bodies to form sealing layers, keeping the top faces of the hollow slab bodies flat, then binding steel bar net racks on the top faces formed by erecting the hollow slab bodies through steel bars, and meanwhile erecting wood baffles on the edge of a bridge floor. Concrete is poured between the wooden baffles on the top face of the hollow slab body and the steel bar net rack, after the solidification strength of the concrete reaches the specification, the baffles on the two sides are dismantled, construction of the hollow slab bridge is completed, and the bearing capacity and the surface flatness of the bridge are improved.
