The invention discloses a pre-buried anchor rod connecting structure penetrating through a pre-built building and a construction method thereof. The connecting structure comprises a pre-built mattress layer connected to the lower portion of a pre-built foundation, a foundation reinforcing pile connected to the interior of a soil body below the pre-built mattress layer, a top beam connected to the top of a supporting pile, an anchor rod free section connected to the interior of the top beam and the interior of the pre-built mattress layer in a penetrating mode in advance, an anchor rod connected to the tail end of the anchor rod free section and connected to the lower portion of the existing ground, and a cement grouting body connected to the periphery of the anchor rod in a sleeving mode. According to the pre-buried anchor rod connecting structure penetrating through the pre-built building and the construction method thereof, through arrangement of the cement grouting body, a foundation is provided for anchoring advantageously; the anchor rod obliquely extends downwards, and thus anchoring force can be provided in the maximum range; through arrangement of the anchor rod free section, the early-stage anchoring effect can be ensured; and through arrangement of an anchoring conversion piece and an elastic pipe, stress transmission, transition and protection of anchoring of the anchor rod are facilitated. According to the pre-buried anchor rod connecting structure penetrating through the pre-built building and the construction method thereof, construction of the pre-built building is not affected, and the influence of too much construction period and construction cost on a later-period adjacent foundation pit excavation project is avoided.
本发明公开了一种穿越先建建筑下预埋式锚杆连接结构及其施工方法,连接结构包含连接于先建基础下方的先建褥垫层、连接于先建褥垫层下方土体内部的地基加固桩、连接于支护桩顶部的冠梁、预先穿接于冠梁和先建褥垫层内的锚杆自由段、连接于锚杆自由段末端且连接于现有地面下方的锚杆以及套接于锚杆外周的水泥注浆体。本发明通过水泥注浆体的设置,利于为锚固提供基础;且锚杆为斜向下伸入,可最大范围的提供锚固力;通过锚杆自由段的设置,可保证前期锚固的作用;通过锚固转换件和弹性管的设置,利于锚杆锚固的受力传递、过渡和保护。本发明在不影响先建建筑的施工,也不会给后期紧邻的基坑开挖项目造成过多的工期和造价方面的影响。
