本发明涉及一种氮化铝陶瓷基板制造加工机械及制造加工方法，包括底座、辅助装置、固定装置与烧结炉，底座上表面设置有辅助装置，辅助装置上均匀设置有若干个固定装置，辅助装置中间上方设置有烧结炉。本发明可以解决目前存在的问题：在对陶瓷基板烧结时，也并没有对陶瓷基板进行360°的翻转处理，这样容易导致陶瓷基板生坯受热不均匀出现裂纹问题，直接影响到陶瓷基板的使用价值；陶瓷基板与输送设备的接触面积过多，容易使得陶瓷基板生坯上留下印迹，造成陶瓷基板烧结成型后表面出现坑坑洼洼的现象，影响其使用价值，而且过多的接触面积同样会导致陶瓷基板受热不均匀问题的出现。
