The manufacturing method comprises the following steps: S1, preparing prefabricated slurry; s2, preparing a prefabricated blank body; s3, soaking the pre-sintered blank in a soaking liquid for 1-2 hours, then naturally drying the pre-sintered blank at 25-30 DEG C for 30-50 minutes, and soaking the pre-sintered blank in a precipitant solution for precipitation treatment to obtain a soaked blank; and S4, drying, calcining and sintering the soaked blank again to obtain the nitride ceramic substrate. The preparation method comprises the following steps: firstly, drying and degumming prefabricated slurry to obtain an intermediate blank, then primarily sintering the intermediate blank to obtain a prefabricated blank, enabling the prefabricated blank to have a certain condensation degree, and then sequentially carrying out soaking treatment and precipitation treatment on the prefabricated blank, so that impurities in the prefabricated blank can be removed while uniform dispersion of an intermediate auxiliary agent is ensured; the purity of the nitride ceramic substrate is improved, so that the use stability of the nitride ceramic substrate is ensured. 本发明公开了一种氮化物陶瓷基板的制造方法,S1:制备预制浆料;S2:制备预制胚体;S3:将预烧坯体浸入浸透液体中浸泡处理,浸泡时间为1‑2h,然后在25‑30℃下自然干燥30‑50min,再将其浸入沉淀剂溶液中进行沉淀处理,得到浸透胚体;S4:将浸透胚体再次进行干燥、煅烧和烧结处理,得到氮化物陶瓷基板。首先将预制浆料经由干燥排胶得到中间胚体,然后对中间胚体进行初步烧结结得到预制胚体,使其具有一定的凝结度,再将预制胚体依次进行浸透处理和沉淀处理,保证中间助剂分散均匀的同时还可以脱除预制胚体中的杂质,提升氮化物陶瓷基板的纯度,进而保证其使用稳定性差。经过浸透处理和沉淀处理后再进行干燥、煅烧和烧结处理,进入得到氮化物陶瓷基板。
