Waste concrete geodude pavement base and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses a waste concrete geodude pavement base. The base is characterized by comprising a lock-embedded framework structure formed by stacking waste concrete geodude and high-flow-state self-compacting fine aggregate concrete or mortar filled in stacking gaps of the lock-embedded framework structure; and the waste concrete geodude is formed by crushing waste concrete, and the particle size of the geodude is 30-100 mm. According to the invention, waste concrete is adopted to build a large-particle geodude lock-embedded pavement base; and mutually-interlocked frameworks are formed among the geodude, so that the horizontal displacement and creep deformation of a geodude lock-embedded pavement base material are reduced, the geodude frameworks obstruct the continuous transmission and development path of cracks in the whole base, the base pavement adopts large-particle-size aggregate (geodude) lock-embedded aggregate to eliminate reflection cracks so as to delay water damage, and the bearing capacity and the crack resistance of the pavement base can be greatly improved.
本发明公开了一种废弃混凝土拳石路面基层,其特征在于,它包括采用废弃混凝土拳石堆垛形成嵌锁骨架结构及向其堆垛间隙中充填的高流态自密实细石混凝土或砂浆;其中废弃混凝土拳石通过将废弃混凝土进行破碎而成,其粒径为30‑100mm。本发明采用废弃混凝土修筑大颗粒拳石嵌锁型路面基层;拳石间形成相互嵌锁的骨架,减少拳石嵌锁型路面基层材料的水平推移与蠕变,拳石骨架阻隔了裂缝在基层整体中连续传递与发展的路径基层路面采用大粒径骨料(拳石)嵌锁型的集料可消弭反射裂缝从而延缓水损害,可以大幅度增加路面基层的承载能力和抗裂性。
