The riverway sludge cleaning device comprises a ship body, the ship body is connected with an advancing device and a sediment box, a conveying device is arranged in the sediment box, and a sludge storage box is arranged in the ship body; a through hole is formed in the upper portion of the sediment box, a guide opening is further formed in the top of the sediment box, a silt outlet is formed in the upper portion of the guide opening, and the silt outlet is connected to one side of a conveying channel; a drainage hole is formed in the top of the conveying channel, the conveying channel is hinged to one side of the sediment box, a suction pump is connected to the bottom of the conveying channel, the suction pump is connected to a waterproof shell, and a protective cover is connected to the bottom of the waterproof shell; and a rotating seat is connected to the bottom of the suction pump, a disc milling cutter and a stirring column are connected to the bottom of the rotating seat, and a rotating device for driving the rotating seat to rotate is further arranged. Compared with a traditional sludge cleaning device, the disc milling cutter and the stirring column are arranged, silt in the protective cover is cut up, divided and scattered, water in the silt is discharged through the through hole, and the sludge cleaning efficiency is improved.
