The invention discloses an intelligent rainwater storage well lid and an implementation method thereof. The intelligent rainwater storage well lid comprises a rainwater guiding assembly, a water storage tank and a well lid plate. In the raining process, rainwater enters the rainwater guiding assembly on the lower portion through water filtering holes in a water filtering cover plate, is guided by a flow guiding plate installed on the inner wall of a guiding sleeve, and finally enters a permeation filtering assembly on the lower portion, after a large amount of solid impurities are filtered out through an impurity filtering net in the permeation filtering assembly, the rainwater is discharged from a permeation opening, is filtered again through permeation holes in a permeation connecting plate and finally enters a storage shell to be stored, a driving motor at the bottom of the storage shell drives a purification medicine pipe to rotate, after medical products in the purification medicine pipe are combined with the rainwater, soluble impurities in the rainwater are converted into precipitates, finally, rainwater resources are filtered through a fine filtering grid and output to an urban water circulation system through an output connector to be reused, and therefore collecting, purifying and recycling of the rainwater are achieved, and intelligent urbanization construction is facilitated.
