The invention discloses a microbubble generator and a water outlet assembly. The microbubble generator comprises a bubbling member and a water path switching member; the bubbling member defines a plurality of bubbling water paths and a plurality of normally-opened water paths in the axial direction; and the water path switching member is rotatably connected to the bubbling member, and is used for selectively opening or closing the plurality of normally-opened water paths. According to the microbubble generator, the bubbling water paths and the normally-opened water paths are defined in the axial direction of the bubbling member, and the water paths are switched through the rotation of the water path switching member, so that different water use requirements of users are met, and convenience is brought to the life of the users.
