The invention discloses a soil pressure acquisition method for asynchronous construction of an adjacent underground project. The method comprises the following steps: determining design parameters of an adjacent foundation pit, a ground surface standard load and physical and mechanical parameters of a soil body; determining initial values of a construction stage and a slip crack surface inclination angle; obtaining the gravity acting power of the soil body, the acting power of the ground standard load, the acting power of the soil side pressure resultant force and the acting power of the cohesive resistance on the failure surface in the failure range at different stages; establishing a solution equation of limit analysis, and solving the numerical value of the soil pressure resultant force and the maximum value of the soil pressure resultant force at different stages; determining a critical depth between the two stages; according to the critical depth range, determining soil pressure distribution conditions at different depths, and giving corresponding soil pressure distribution values in a segmented mode. The soil pressure of close-connection asynchronous construction of the open-cut tunnel and the subway station is obtained, the reliability is high, a calculation method is simple, the theory is reliable, and construction design of adjacent foundation pits and underground building structure design in engineering can be guided easily.
