The invention relates to the technical field of underground engineering construction, in particular to a construction method for an underground pipe gallery adjacent to an underpass frame bridge, and aims to solve the problems that in the prior art, a construction method for an underground pipe gallery adjacent to a frame bridge below a railway line is long in construction period and unstable in earthwork support. The construction method comprises the following construction steps that (1) pile foundations and strip foundations are constructed on the two sides of the position where a frame bridge and an underground pipe gallery are planned to be constructed, auxiliary beams are built, and the load of an existing railway line is borne by the auxiliary beams; jacking the frame bridge in place by using a jacking method; (2) drilling holes in a railroad bed soil body on one side of the underground pipe gallery to be constructed by using a horizontal spiral drilling method, then pressing the steel pipes into the drilled holes, and arranging the steel pipes vertically; the construction difficulty is low, the construction period is short, the protection effect is good, subsequent soil excavation can be effectively protected, the underground pipe gallery and the frame bridge are designed and constructed together, the overall construction period is short, and the influence on operation of an existing railway line is relatively small.
本发明涉及地下工程施工技术领域,尤其是一种与下穿框架桥相邻的地下管廊施工方法,针对现有技术中铁路线下方与框架桥相邻的地下管廊施工方法工期长和土方支护不稳定的问题,现提出如下方案,其包括以下施工步骤:1)、在拟施工框架桥与地下管廊的位置两侧施工桩基础与条形基础,搭建便梁,使既有铁路线的荷载由便梁承担;使用顶进法把框架桥顶进就位;2)、在拟施工地下管廊的一侧铁路路基土体中,用水平螺旋钻进法进行钻孔,再把钢管压入钻孔中,各钢管呈竖向排列。本发明不仅施工难度小,工期短,而且防护效果好,能有效保护后续土体的开挖,而且地下管廊与框架桥一并设计与施工,总体工期短,对既有铁路线的运营影响相对较小。
