The invention provides an environment-friendly preparation system for a fireproof wood floor. The environment-friendly preparation system comprises a machining mechanism; the machining mechanism comprises a first clamping device, a first machining device and a second machining device; the first machining device comprises a first milling device for milling the first surface of the wood board, and the first milling device comprises a first upper milling part, a second upper milling part and a third upper milling part. After one wood board is damaged, the splicing relation between the adjacent wood boards is in the state that the upper parts protrude and the lower parts are sunken, only the damaged wood board needs to be detached, then a new wood board is assembled from the front face, the situation that in the prior art, the wood boards are spliced from the side faces, and a certain receding space is needed is not needed, and the splicing efficiency is improved; and meanwhile, the board can be replaced more conveniently and quickly when damaged, and the labor intensity is reduced while the replacement efficiency is improved. The invention further provides an environment-friendly preparation method of the fireproof wood floor.
本发明提出一种防火木地板环保制备系统，包括加工机构；加工机构包括第一夹持装置，第一加工装置，和第二加工装置；第一加工装置包括对木板的第一面进行铣切的第一铣切装置，第一铣切装置包括第一上铣切部，第二上铣切部和第三上铣切部；本发明在一块木板损坏后，因相邻木板之间的拼接关系为上凸起下凹陷的状态，所以仅需将损坏的木板拆卸下来，再将一块新的木板从正面装配下去，无需像现有技术中对木板的拼接是从侧面拼接且需要一定的让位空间，提高拼接效率，同时损坏时更换木板更方便快捷，提高更换效率的同时降低劳动强度。本发明还提出一种防火木地板环保制备方法。
