Environment-friendly sythetic-wood foamed floor and preparation method
The invention relates to the technical field of floors, and in particular to an environment-friendly sythetic-wood foamed floor which has the characteristics of stable rigidity, environment-friendliness and secondary operation, can meet the profile provision standard and is convenient and rapid to construct. The environment-friendly sythetic-wood foamed floor is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 25-100 parts of polyvinyl chloride, 25-60 parts of wood powder, 20-50 parts of active calcium, 0.75-1 part of stearic acid, 0.75-1.5 parts of PE wax, 2-4 parts of a stabilizing agent, 0.5-1 part of a foaming agent, 3-5 parts of a foaming adjusting agent, 0.75-1.5 parts of calcium stearate, 0.5-1 part of zinc oxide, 1-3 parts of an impact modifier, 4-5 parts of DOP and 2-3 parts of ACR. The preparation method comprises the following steps: a, mixing the raw materials; b, extruding out the mixed materials; c, forming a base material; d, processing the base material. The environment-friendly sythetic-wood foamed floor is mainly applied to decoration construction materials.
