The invention provides an automatic magnetic mooring device and an automatic magnetic mooring system. The device comprises a base, which is arranged on a wharf, and is provided with a supporting part; a power unit, which is fixedly arranged beside the base; a first mechanical arm, which is supported by the supporting part, wherein the tail end of the first mechanical arm is connected with an electromagnetic chuck through an extension adjusting part; a pitching adjusting part, which is arranged between the base and the first mechanical arm; and an extension adjusting part. The power unit is in control connection with the extension adjusting part and the pitching adjusting part, and the working posture of the electromagnetic chuck is adjusted by controlling the working stroke of the extension adjusting part and the working stroke of the pitching adjusting part. The automatic magnetic mooring device can automatically sense the position of a ship and rapidly mooring the ship, friction and collision between the ship and a wharf are prevented, after mooring is completed, the device can adapt to the position change of the ship by adjusting the stroke of the hydraulic cylinder, and the mooring stability is improved.
