The preparation method comprises the steps of mixing anhydrous sodium sulphate, silicon powder, sodium aliphatate and honey to form a mixed powder, heating water to 52-60 DEG C, mixing and stirring triisopropanolamine, diethanolisopropanolamine, ethylene glycol and diethylene glycol, adding water, dilute sulphuric acid and the mixed powder, and conducting stirring to obtain the composite liquid cement grinding aid.
