The grinding aid comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 25-30 parts of triisopropanolamine, 4-8 parts of diethanolisopropanolamine, 2-3 parts of sodium tripolyphosphate, 0.5-1 part of honey, 8-9 parts of ethylene glycol, 6-11 parts of diethylene glycol, 2-6 parts of sodium aliphatate, 15-21 parts of dilute sulphuric acid, 15-19 parts of anhydrous sodium sulphate, 13-17 parts of silicon powder and 50-60 parts of water. The preparation method comprises the steps of mixing anhydrous sodium sulphate, silicon powder, sodium aliphatate and honey to form a mixed powder, heating water to 52-60 DEG C, mixing and stirring triisopropanolamine, diethanolisopropanolamine, ethylene glycol and diethylene glycol, adding water, dilute sulphuric acid and the mixed powder, and conducting stirring to obtain the composite liquid cement grinding aid.
